Returns
We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.
Refunds
Refunds will only be provided in the case of damages that occur during shipping. To qualify for a refund, the following condition must be met:
A 360-degree unboxing video must be provided which must be uncut and unpaused, clearly showing the condition of the product from all angles at the time of unboxing.
The video should clearly show the product, packaging, and any visible damages. Without this video, no refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund

Processing the Refund
Once we review your video and confirm the damage, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
